With a few smart design choices, this re-rail/re-deck feels like a full rebuild! After bringing this homeowner’s existing frame up to code and adding waterproofing measures, we installed new TimberTech Advanced PVC decking in the color Boardwalk from their Landmark collection. The railing is Westbury Tuscany – the homeowner selected white railings with a black picket infill to create a striking perimeter that we absolutely love! Additionally, we installed a matching gate at the top of the stairs for safety, as well as an elegant white fascia and large extended posts at the railing corners for an extra dose of drama. We’re thrilled about the way this deck turned out, and can’t think of a better place to spend a warm summer day!
