The Spiral Deck

This ornate feature-filled deck creates a private backyard paradise for these homeowners! Utilizing the owner’s existing framing and adding waterproofing measures, we added a handful beautiful and functional features that take this deck to the next level. TimberTech Advanced PVC was used for the decking in American Walnut from the Landmark collection, accentuated by the color Brownstone from the Harvest collection on the facia, riser, and post wraps for a designer finish. The facia also features a beautiful architectural detail: a two-step profile for an understated yet elegant look. TimberTech Impressions Aluminum railings are topped with drink rails for convenience, and a matching gate was added at the top of the striking spiral staircase for safety. The homeowner also opted to include a privacy panel from Hideaway, which was powder-coated to match the railings. To finish off this beautiful space and allow it to shine from day to night, we added integrated lighting on both the stair risers and the railing posts.
