The Michelle Deck

Our clients wanted a deck that was larger than what their city would allow, so we were able to make it happen by cantilevering the deck by 3′ over the edge of the deck frame. Now the clients can be compliant with their city while enjoying more deck space! 

We used TimberTech Advanced PVC in the color Mahogany from the Vintage Collection, which gives a rich warm color that looks incredible year-round. Our clients opted for a bronze railing accented with integrated post cap lights for a subtle glow after dark. They also added riser lights on the steps, which further adds to the ambience. We love the way this deck turned out, and are honored we were chosen to design and build it!
