The Pelican Deck

About this Project

This one is a stunner! Our homeowners approached us to fix up both of their decks and their screened-in porch and we were more than happy to oblige! The upper deck and screened-in porch occupy a larger footprint and are where the homeowners typically entertain. They selected TimberTech Advanced PVC in the color American Walnut from the Landmark Collection for their decking, and opted for a matching drink rail atop their railing. The decking extends into the screened-in porch, where it is surrounded by custom glass panel railings, as well as vinyl and screen windows and doors by Sunspace Twin Cities. On the ceiling, we installed a gorgeous segmented beadboard ceiling to polish off the space. These features will make the space usable for more of the year – something our clients are very excited about! 

The lower deck features the same materials as the upper deck, but occupies a smaller footprint and is intended as more of a private space for our clients to enjoy their morning coffee.
