For this backyard transformation, Lakeside Decking designed and built a custom deck that balances luxury and functionality, crafted entirely with low-maintenance, high-performance materials. The homeowners wanted a clean, modern aesthetic that would complement their home’s exterior while offering comfort and usability in every season.
The deck surface features TimberTech Advanced PVC Landmark Collection decking in American Walnut, a rich, natural tone that delivers the warmth of real wood without the upkeep. Accented with French White Oak trim from the same collection, the contrast highlights the edges beautifully and adds an elegant finish. The bronze TimberTech Impressions aluminum railing with bronze picket infill ties the look together—sleek, durable, and visually refined.
To ensure all-weather durability and year-round use, we installed a custom EPDM drainage system beneath the deck, keeping the lower area dry and functional. Every post is wrapped in color-matched PVC for a seamless look and fitted with integrated post cap lights powered by a smart transformer, providing warm evening illumination and effortless control.
