Josh Ferri

Owner

Lakeside Decking’s fearless leader, Josh started the company – originally called Garage Shop Designs – making fine woodworking until he ultimately transitioned to deck building. Not so long ago Josh was singlehandedly running Lakeside Decking and fulfilling the responsibilities that now require 5 people. We think he’s earned the chance to slow down a bit, don’t you?

Carlos Sanchez

Project Manager

You may not have the pleasure of working with Carlos until construction begins on your project, but we promise he’s worth the wait! Carlos brings a wealth of construction know-how wrapped in a sweet personality you’ll look forward to getting updates from.

Andy Bartick

Project Coordinator

As the newest member of our Production team, Andy is blazing a trail of organization and productivity. Andy supports Carlos as we build your project, so you can look forward to meeting this kind soul during your handoff meeting!

Allison Verma

Administrative Assistant

Allison is likely the first voice you’ll hear in your Lakeside journey, and what a sweet voice it is! Allison helps the company stay organized and on task, and she always makes sure the showroom coffee bar is fully stocked.

Nathan MacDonald

Operations Assistant

You might not see Nathan on the front lines, but behind the scenes, he’s the one keeping everything moving smoothly. From coordinating logistics to keeping the details in check, Nathan’s steady hand and can-do attitude make him an essential part of every project—whether you know it or not!

Atty

Company Mascot and Good Girl

Atty’s job at Lakeside Decking is to be a Good Girl, and throughout her time with the company she has continually surpassed every benchmark we’ve set in front of her towards that goal. She’s a great listener and makes all of her coworkers feel joy in her presence, and her ability to request pets and snuggles is polite yet highly effective. One of our best hires, shes a core member of our team and we wouldn’t be where we are today without her!
