We love when our clients know what they want! This homeowner was looking for a nice outdoor space for entertaining, and we were more than happy to design and build exactly that. Using TimberTech Advanced PVC in the color French White from the Landmark Collection, we built a spacious deck surrounded by a drink rail where our client was able to stage two separate seating areas. Underneath, we installed an EPDM drainage system that was covered by a cedar tougue-and-groove under-deck ceiling with recessed lighting and fans – perfect for another cozy seating area! We love how well our client has already utilized the space, and we wish her many memorable years of entertaining!
