We helped breathe new life into an old deck by replacing the decking, stairs, and railing. We were approached for this re-deck/re-rail project by the homeowners, who were looking to bring their existing deck up to code and make it a place they can enjoy for years to come. The frame was brought up to code and added waterproofing measures to help prolong its life. The homeowners selected TimberTech Advanced PVC for their decking in the color American Walnut from their Landmark collection. The PVC product is fantastic because it will help keep the deck cool and will retain less heat – something the homeowners are sure to appreciate on sunny summer days!
