This job was over a year in the making in someone else’s hands. After a lot of back and forth, Lakeside was called in to save the day. This was a great time to tweak the old design a bit and go with some better decking and lighting. The homeowners decided on Azek Vintage Collection in Dark Hickory for the main decking and an awesome cable railing.
This was a tricky project because it included a floating upper patio completely separate from the lower deck. The whole thing tied the house together and the homeowners finally have a front door entrance and balcony for sipping coffee.
