This beautiful lake build was a labor of love to the highest degree. Our clients brought us in for both our build quality and our expertise in dealing with lake deck builds that fall inside of water encroachments. Due to its proximity to the lake, we could not build new, and we had to use the existing structure or risk having to shrink the overall size. Not only were we able to maintain the size, we were able to add to the usable space with a luxurious screened-in porch underneath the deck. With accent lighting, alternating-width deck boards, and a wonderful drink rail, this deck has everything you need for entertainment on the lake.
